Chief Executive Officer 

As Enflux’s CEO, Alejandra is the subject matter expert leading the commercialization of the company’s academic intelligence platform and one of the few Mexican women leading a US tech company. Prior to Enflux, Alejandra worked in Academic Assessment at the University of the Incarnate Word, where she became a recognized leader in accreditation and assessment.

Avery Booker

Co-Founder & President

Avery has a long career advising many of the world’s top companies on global marketing, strategy, and business development, with a particular focus on China and Western Europe. Before launching Enflux, Avery was New York partner at Los Angeles-based consultancy China Luxury Advisors, working with clients such as Prada, Moët Hennessy, and the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), and founding editor-in-chief of Jing Daily.

Jacek Materna

Chief Operating Officer

Jacek is an experienced, fiscally prudent, growth-oriented leader with 15+ years of technology, product and strategic sales experience. He has proven success in managing organizations and positioning them for growth and profitability through effective risk management with a focus on SaaS, Security Tech, Enterprise Software, and Venture backed companies. Most recently his VC backed SaaS software company Assembla, successfully exited to IDERA Corp.

Cameron Powell, MD

Co-Founder & Advisor

Dr. Powell has more than 20 years of investment and transaction experience as a serial entrepreneur in healthcare, technology, education, energy, and retail companies, with his most recent transaction being GoPro’s acquisition of Splice. Cameron was previously an Ob/Gyn physician who pivoted towards the startup world 15 years ago with the formation of his first company, AirStrip, which is backed by Sequoia Capital.

Matt Murphy


Matt is the founder of M Square Ventures, an advisory firm that partners with business owners at private companies, community banks, and family offices. Previously, Matt co-founded Texas Next Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on building and growing companies in Texas. Prior to his private equity career, Matt worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and Accenture.
