Role overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Representative to join our innovative sales team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of engaging academic leaders across health science professions, showcasing how Enflux can solve their most pressing challenges. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances the art of creative outreach with the discipline of consistent follow-up, and has a passion for education and data, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic outreach: Craft compelling and personalized outreach that resonate with academic leaders. Use your creativity to develop engaging content, including but not limited to videos, email campaigns, case studies, etc., aligned with the sales strategic plan, to demonstrate how Enflux can address specific pain points within health science programs.
- Lead generation & nurturing: Identify and qualify prospective clients through targeted research and cold calling. Develop a robust pipeline by nurturing leads through the initial stages of the sales cycle.
- Product advocacy: Articulate the value of the Enflux platform in a clear and compelling way. Conduct virtual demos to showcase the platform’s capabilities and its impact on educational outcomes.
- Detail-oriented follow-up: Maintain meticulous records of all outreach efforts, client interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system (Hubspot). Ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Travel & representation: Represent Enflux at industry conferences and events, using your knowledge and charisma to connect with potential clients and build the brand’s presence.
Skills & qualifications:
- Creative communication: Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and personalized correspondence for email and video outreach.
- Tech-savvy storyteller: Experience in creating video content that tells a story and connects with the audience. Comfortable using various digital tools to enhance outreach efforts.
- Intrinsically motivated: Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment. You’re driven by results and take ownership of your success.
- Phone presence: Articulate and engaging on the phone, with the ability to connect with people and convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Educational insight: Some experience or understanding of academic assessment, educational data, or the health sciences field is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain focus on follow-through.
- Travel-ready: Willingness to travel for conferences and events as needed.
