Since 2017, this San Antonio-based technology startup company has been effectively utilizing data for measuring, evaluating and improving academic performance. Alejandra Zertuche

Chief Executive Officer

Alejandra Zertuche is an interdisciplinary scientist and the Chief Executive Officer of Enflux, an ed-tech startup that transforms educational data into actionable insights to improve decision-making that impacts student outcomes and success. Alejandra’s areas of expertise include investigating problems with the performance of processes, finance, statistics, biomedical informatics, and academic assessment and accreditation. Alejandra serves as a Director for TransPecos Banks, was recognized as a San Antonio Business Journal 40 under 40, and a Texas Top 50 Women to Watch by The Society Diaries. The leading subject matter expert leading the commercialization of the company’s academic intelligence platform. Prior to Enflux, Alejandra worked in Academic Assessment at the University of the Incarnate Word, where she became a recognized leader in accreditation & assessment.

Olufemi Adeojo

Head of Development

With over a decade of experience, Olufemi Adeojo has led technology teams at companies such as Freight Hero, Storyboard Communications, Honorlock, and Uberflip. His expertise spans cloud infrastructure (AWS), DevOps, and full-stack development, enabling him to deliver innovative software solutions that drive business growth. Passionate about aligning product vision with technical innovation, Olufemi excels at building collaborative teams that thrive in dynamic environments.

Staci Miller

Head of Customer Success

Staci brings a decade of experience in Customer Success and Project Management with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and managing complex projects. She previously served as an Assessment Specialist and Academic Advisor at PACE Center for Girls – Broward, where she contributed to developing impactful assessment processes and student remediation plans. She also served as the Manager of Customer Success for Law programs at Examsoft, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction. Most recently, Staci worked in the E-Commerce sector as an Implementation Project Manager and a Technical Project Manager, driving successful implementations and optimizing technical workflows.

Amanda Madera

Data Science Tech Lead

With ten years of experience across SaaS teams spanning data science, product engineering, customer success, and implementation, Amanda Madera brings a uniquely cross-functional perspective to her role as Data Science Tech Lead at Enflux. Her background bridges the technical and the practical, translating complex data into solutions that directly serve users and drive product outcomes. Amanda is passionate about building data systems that are not only powerful but accessible and actionable for the teams that rely on them.

As Head of Marketing at Enflux, Maryna is deeply committed to advancing edtech solutions that improve teaching and learning. She is devoted to promoting innovative tools that empower educators and enhance educational outcomes, continuously striving to support and uplift the academic community.
