We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us scale our brand, grow inbound leads, and engage our higher education community through strategic digital campaigns. What you’ll do:
- Support the execution of our inbound marketing strategy across email, SMM, content, SEO channels.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external partners (writers, designers) to ensure marketing tasks are completed on time and aligned with goals.
- Plan and manage our social media presence across platforms, aligning with our content funnel and according to our content calendar.
- Launch and manage email campaigns using HubSpot, and assist in building automated email workflows.
- Assist in creating and optimizing SEO-friendly content for our WordPress website (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, case studies).
- Maintain task organization in Asana, ensuring that everything is moving forward and on schedule.
- Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging and maximize campaign results.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in:
- Social media management
- Email marketing and automation (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Content creation & SEO optimization
- Basic PPC campaign support (optional but a plus)
- Strong English skills (Advanced level required for non-native speakers).
- Solid understanding of marketing tools such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4, and WordPress.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills—especially when translating complex topics into engaging content.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and/or U.S.-based audiences is a plus.
- Some understanding of academic assessment, education data, or health sciences education is a strong bonus.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution.
