What you’ll so

• Design data‑rich experiences – create elegant dashboards, reports, and interactive visuals that make student performance and program ROI instantly clear.
• Own the end‑to‑end UX – conduct user research, build wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes, run usability tests, and iterate quickly.
• Bring numbers to life – leverage Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js (or similar) to build dynamic, responsive visualizations that slot seamlessly into our React front‑end.
• Collaborate across disciplines – partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to ship features that delight educators.
• Champion design systems – evolve our component library, maintain accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+), and nurture a consistent visual language.

What makes you a great fit

• Portfolio showcasing shipped dashboards or analytics products that solved real user problems.
• 3+ years designing for data‑heavy web or SaaS applications (ed‑tech a plus).
• Visualization chops – hands‑on with Tableau OR Power BI plus custom SVG/Canvas work via D3.js or similar libraries.
• Tool mastery – Figma (design system & prototyping), Adobe CC, and familiarity with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Shadcn, etc.).
• Front‑end sensibility – comfortable talking component architecture and hand‑off details with React engineers.
• User‑first mindset – skilled at balancing aesthetics with clarity, accessibility, and performance in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
