Alejandra possesses a diverse educational background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution, an MBA from St. Mary’s University, and a Master of Science in Biomedical Informatics from UT Health at Houston. Prior to Enflux, Alejandra worked in Academic Assessment at the University of the Incarnate Word, where she became a recognized leader in accreditation & assessments.

Stephani has almost 20 years in higher education. Over the years she has primarily focused on online education, curriculum development, and assessment. She earned her Doctorate in Distance Education from Regent University with an emphasis on faculty development. She has a passion for instructional technology. Her role at Franklin Pierce University aligns her with various academic units to provide support for their technology and faculty development.
