Dr. William Tancredi, DVM
Founder and Owner, Old Ridge Veterinary Hospital Chadds Ford
Dr. Tancredi has been practicing in Pennsylvania and Delaware since 2015 and is a member of AVMA’s Task Force on Emerging Technologies and Innovation. After being promoted to the leadership of a corporate hospital, Dr. Tancredi became certain of the need for privately-owned veterinary practices. He has been practicing locally for the last three years and has built a solid client base and a good reputation in the community. Dr. Tancredi is skilled in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dental surgery, radiology, ultrasound, and dermatology. Furthermore, he has extensive experience as a mobile small animal practitioner.
Dan Thompson, MEd
Assistant Director of Instructional Design and Faculty Development, Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine
Currently the Assistant Director of Faculty Development and Instructional Design at Oklahoma State University (OSU) College of Veterinary Medicine, Dan transitioned from teaching high school to focusing on curriculum and educational technology in higher education. Throughout his career he has assisted faculty in course design and development, while also introducing new methods of utilizing educational technology in the curriculum to create a learner-centered environment. His background includes leading faculty development efforts at OSU Center for Health Sciences and Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. He holds a Master of Science in Technology Enhanced Learning and a Bachelor of Science in Adolescent/Young Adult Education from the University of Dayton.

Her career spans faculty appointments at institutions such as Lehigh University, the University of the Arts, and Villanova University, as well as leadership roles in community engagement, diversity initiatives, and educational program design. Cristy’s expertise bridges data analytics, accreditation, and instructional support, empowering higher education health sciences programs to enhance accreditation readiness, student success, and curriculum effectiveness.
