Meagan Mielczarek
Meagan Mielczarek, Ph. D

Head of Education and Assessment, Enflux

Dr. Mielczarek holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from Wilkes University, a master’s in Secondary Education from Lehigh University, and a Ph.D. in Human Development from Marywood University. Before receiving her Ph.D., Dr. Mielczarek taught 9-12 grade English in the PA public school system. She has held roles in institutional research and assessment in higher education since 2015. Most recently, she was the Director of Assessment at the Nesbitt School of Pharmacy at Wilkes University. Her experience includes curricular and programmatic assessment, outcomes assessment, accreditation, research methods, and teaching.

Dr. Erinne Kennedy, DMD, MPH, MMSc

Assistant Dean of Curriculum and Integrated Learning at Kansas City University, College of Dental Medicine

Dr. Erinne is one of the founding 5 female members of the program in Joplin. She has a rich background in public health dentistry (caries management and antibiotic stewardship), and the wellness of clinicians and students. She graduated from Ohio State University and Nova Southeastern University’s College of Dental Medicine, completed a general practice residency through the Veteran’s Administration, and earned her board certification in public health dentistry and an MMSc in Dental Education from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine; she also serves as an expert spokesperson for the American Dental Association.

Dr. Catherine Cone, PharmD

Professor and Interim Dean at Touro University California, College of Pharmacy (TUCOP)

Dr. Cone completed her pharmacy practice residency at the VA in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1998. Dr. Cone worked as an ambulatory care specialist with prescriptive authority and as the residency program director until 2007 when she joined academia. Dr. Cone coordinated and taught skills lab courses where simulation was the focus for integrated learning. In 2015 Dr. Cone transitioned to a new role as the Assistant Dean for Assessment and continued coordinating and teaching a skills lab. In 2022, Dr. Cone joined TUCOP as the Associate Dean for Assessment. Her research focus is on the scholarship of teaching and learning with particular interest in higher order thinking, curricular design, and EDI assessment practices. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctor of Education degree in Leading Innovative and Diverse Organizations and is serving as the Interim Dean for TUCOP.
