Meagan Mielczarek, Ph. D
Head of Education and Assessment
Dr. Mielczarek holds a master’s in Secondary Education from Lehigh University, and a Ph.D. in Human Development from Marywood University. She has held roles in institutional research and assessment in higher education since 2015. Most recently, she was the Director of Assessment at the Nesbitt School of Pharmacy at Wilkes University. Her experience includes curricular and programmatic assessment, outcomes assessment, accreditation, research methods, and teaching.
Robin Logan
Head of Business Intelligence Analytics
Robin has worked in higher education for twenty plus years and is passionate about helping leaders improve the quality of higher education experience for all students. She served as the Director of Institutional Research and Executive Director of University Planning and Analysis. As an early adopter of Tableau Software use for higher education and institutional research, she completed several certification classes and led the development of an institutional reporting instance for UIW.
