Building a scalable remediation system for at-risk students in health professions programs

How Kansas City University streamlined remediation, reduced FERPA risk, and built a data-driven coaching framework with Enflux ActionPlans

On-demand webinar

Many health professions programs have access to student performance data, but struggle to turn that information into consistent, structured interventions.
In this session, Kansas City University (KCU) shares how they strengthened their remediation process by using analytics to identify at-risk students and implementing a formal ActionPlan workflow to manage intervention. By creating a standardized framework for cross-department collaboration, documentation, and follow-through, KCU reduced FERPA risk, improved turnaround time, and strengthened academic coaching conversations.
Rather than relying on spreadsheets, screenshots, or disconnected systems, this approach brings clarity and accountability to student support. Attendees will learn how to move from reactive remediation to a scalable, structured intervention model that supports measurable student growth.
