Before receiving her Ph.D., Dr. Mielczarek taught 9-12 grade English in the PA public school system. She has held roles in institutional research and assessment in higher education since 2015. Most recently, she was the Director of Assessment at the Nesbitt School of Pharmacy at Wilkes University. Her experience includes curricular and programmatic assessment, outcomes assessment, accreditation, research methods, and teaching.
