Gloria R. Grice, Pharm.D., BCPS, FNAP

Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and a Professor of Pharmacy Practice, St. Louis College of Pharmacy, UHSP

Dr. Grice is the lead researcher behind The Faculty Workload Estimator and oversees curriculum, assessment, interprofessional education, accreditation, and faculty affairs at UHSP. She currently serves as Speaker of the House and member of the Board of Directors for the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), and is a Fellow of the National Academies of Practice. Her work spans faculty workload, organizational structure, and data-informed academic leadership, with a record of bringing together individuals around evidence-based improvement.
Lisa Lebovitz

Lisa Lebovitz, JD, MS

Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs and Assessment, University of Maryland, School of Pharmacy

Ms. Lebovitz oversees strategic planning, faculty effort analysis and reporting, and programmatic assessment at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. She has published and presented on faculty workload and pharmacist workforce trends, and serves as the School’s representative on the Pharmacy Assessment Collaborative of the Big Ten Academic Alliance. Her work focuses on building transparent, evidence-based processes that engage faculty and support institutional decision-making.
Sharon K. Park

Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Assessment and Professor of Clinical and Administrative Sciences, Notre Dame of Maryland University, School of Pharmacy and Health Professions

Dr. Park brings 20 years of teaching experience across didactic and experiential curricula, and 11 years as a Clinical Specialist in Medication Use Policy and Clinical Informatics at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Health Systems. Her current research focuses on programmatic assessment and faculty development in the health professions, with a particular interest in how institutions can build more sustainable, data-informed academic environments.
