Meagan Mielczarek, Ph. D

Head of Education and Assessment

Dr. Mielczarek holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from Wilkes University, a master’s in Secondary Education from Lehigh University, and a Ph.D. in Human Development from Marywood University. Before receiving her Ph.D., Dr. Mielczarek taught 9-12 grade English in the PA public school system. She has held roles in institutional research and assessment in higher education since 2015. Most recently, she was the Director of Assessment at the Nesbitt School of Pharmacy at Wilkes University. Her experience includes curricular and programmatic assessment, outcomes assessment, accreditation, research methods, and teaching.

Ashley Castleberry, Pharm.D., M.Ed

Assistant Dean for Curriculum and Assessment Division Head and Clinical Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice | The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy

Ashley Castleberry, PharmD, MEd, is a Clinical Associate Professor and Head of the Division of Pharmacy Practice at The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy. Ashley also holds the key role of Assistant Dean of Curriculum and Assessment, steering assessment and accreditation efforts at the college. With a keen interest in educational scholarship, she delves into areas such as assessment, metacognition, summative examinations, and qualitative research. Beyond academia, Ashley finds joy in cooking and spending quality time playing with her three children.
