Felicia Graves, MSEd, serves as a Coordinator in the Office of Exam Services and Analytics at Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she focuses on supporting first-year Basic Sciences systems courses. With a passion for curriculum and data, Felicia transitioned to higher education after eight years in public education. She plays a key role in developing and refining exam data reports that support faculty and staff across departments. Her work helps bridge data gaps, enhance faculty understanding, and improve student outcomes. Outside of work, Felicia enjoys creative projects and spending time with her family.
Staci Miller
Head of Customer Success, Enflux
Staci Miller is the Head of Customer Success at Enflux, where she helps academic institutions leverage learning analytics to support faculty, students, and program outcomes. With over a decade of experience in customer success, project management, and academic advising, she has led impactful initiatives across education and technology sectors. Staci previously supported law programs at ExamSoft and served as an assessment specialist for PACE Center for Girls. Passionate about helping schools streamline processes and scale data use, she also enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and pets.
