Beyond Crisis Mode: How Leading PA Programs Master Continuous Self-Assessment
On-demand webinar
Preparing for ARC-PA doesn’t have to mean stress-filled sprints and last-minute document scrambles. In this webinar, Paul B. Allen, Sr., DSc, MPAS, PA-C, Program Director at UT Health San Antonio, shares how his team is shifting from episodic crisis-mode accreditation prep to a systematic, continuous self-assessment model that promotes year-round readiness and operational excellence.
With a 2027 ARC-PA site visit on the horizon, Dr. Allen is leading efforts to streamline reporting, optimize faculty workload, and embed compliance into everyday processes—all while enhancing faculty satisfaction and program efficiency.
Participants will explore how UT Health’s partnership with Enflux is enabling sustainable change through data-driven decision-making and real-time performance monitoring.
Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:
Identify systematic approaches to continuous self-assessment that reduce administrative burden in PA programs
