Dr. Rachel Lazim is an Associate Professor and Director of Assessment at South College School of Pharmacy, with over 20 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist. She leads data-driven assessment initiatives, transforming siloed information into real-time insights that support faculty decision-making. Her work focuses on identifying at-risk students early, enhancing mentoring workflows, and advancing a more proactive, evidence-based approach to student success and program evaluation.
Lauren Ladd

Lauren Ladd, PharmD

Assistant Dean of Pathway Operations and Admissions

Dr. Lauren Ladd serves as Assistant Dean of Pathway Operations and Admissions and Associate Professor at South College School of Pharmacy. She focuses on evaluating program performance across online and on-campus pathways, using learning analytics to monitor curriculum effectiveness and drive continuous quality improvement. Her work supports data-informed decision-making and helps ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across modalities.

Staci Miller

Head of Customer Success, Enflux

Staci Miller is the Head of Customer Success at Enflux, where she helps academic institutions leverage learning analytics to support faculty, students, and program outcomes. With over a decade of experience in customer success, project management, and academic advising, she has led impactful initiatives across the education and technology sectors. Staci previously supported law programs at ExamSoft and served as an assessment specialist for the PACE Center for Girls. Passionate about helping schools streamline processes and scale data use, she also enjoys scuba diving, skiing, and spending time with her family and pets.
