Tackling Accreditation and Student Risk in PT Education

On-demand webinar

Preparing students for the NPTE® while meeting CAPTE accreditation requirements is a constant challenge for Physical Therapy programs. Faculty and administrators often rely on spreadsheets and static reports, making it difficult to track current classes in real time, identify weak content areas before the NPTE®, or see how the curriculum evolves over multiple cohorts. Advising can also be limited without clear ways to correlate ExamSoft categories with PEAT® results to predict risk earlier. The result is hours of manual work, inconsistent insights across committees, and missed opportunities to support students before it’s too late.
In this webinar, hosted by Enflux in partnership with the Evidence in Motion (EIM), we will explore how the Enflux NPTE® & PEAT® Monitoring Suite addresses these challenges by consolidating all NPTE® and PEAT® data into a single, organized, and interactive view. Instead of juggling dozens of separate reports, faculty, advisors, and administrators can work from the same up-to-date dashboard to make faster, evidence-based decisions.
With this suite, programs can:
  • Predict and detect student risk earlier with PEAT®-based forecasting, early warning alerts, and role-specific dashboards for faculty, advisors, and administrators.
  • Track intervention impact over time to see whether tutoring, remediation, or policy changes are improving outcomes.
  • Pinpoint curriculum gaps and strengths with domain-level heat maps and monitor curricular evolution across cohorts.
  • Simplify accreditation reporting with historical trend data and real-time dashboards aligned with CAPTE standards.
Designed for program directors, assessment coordinators, faculty, and institutional researchers, this session will show how PT leaders can move from reactive reporting to proactive decision-making — supporting students more effectively while strengthening program outcomes.
