Alejandra possesses a diverse educational background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution, an MBA from St. Mary’s University, and a Master of Science in Biomedical Informatics from UT Health at Houston. Prior to Enflux, Alejandra worked in Academic Assessment at the University of the Incarnate Word, where she became a recognized leader in accreditation & assessments.

Meagan Mielczarek, Ph. D

Head of Education and Assessment

Dr. Mielczarek holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from Wilkes University, a master’s in Secondary Education from Lehigh University, and a Ph.D. in Human Development from Marywood University. Before receiving her Ph.D., Dr. Mielczarek taught 9-12 grade English in the PA public school system. She has held roles in institutional research and assessment in higher education since 2015. Most recently, she was the Director of Assessment at the Nesbitt School of Pharmacy at Wilkes University. Her experience includes curricular and programmatic assessment, outcomes assessment, accreditation, research methods, and teaching.
