How the University of South Florida, PT program approaches program evaluation

Program leaders in health professions education are increasingly expected to make high-stakes decisions amid fragmented data, manual reporting processes, and limited visibility into curriculum effectiveness or student progress.
In this peer-led webinar, leaders from the University of South Florida Physical Therapy Program share how they addressed these challenges while navigating evolving accreditation expectations by integrating curriculum, assessment, and student performance data into a more coherent program-level framework.
The discussion offers practical insights into reducing faculty burden, breaking down data silos, and applying learning analytics to support sustainable program evaluation across disciplines.
